jrd485 said… Hi Robyn,
Thanks for adding me. I am brand new to this board and as the days are ticking by (way to fast) I find myself having panic attacks, and wondering how I will make it through 13 weeks. I don't know how I will get through the first day. How long has your daughter been gone? My son leaves March 4th only nine days left. I feel like Im the only mom that has these major melt downs. I feel stupid for feeling this way but can't help it. I am soooo proud of Chris, but still don't feel like this is the right path for him. Have you gotten letters yet? Please let me know how you are getting through each day. I need all the help I can get. I think it will help talking to other moms that are going through this too. Thanks, Janell
wellspoon1 said… hi Robyn,, Wellspoon1 here..near philly,pa.. See your friends with AnxiousMom. See she has not gotten a letter in a while either.. I told her not to worry. When our Marine was in boot we went about the same amount of time with no letters. Turns out he had written a couple but just didn't get them mailed..Also during that time he became ill(cold/flu), so no writing just sleeping at the end of the day.. so give it some time..sure you'll hear from her.....
