Receiving marine addresses

Posted on March 16, 2013 at 9:43am 5 Comments

I keep reading that people have already received addresses of their marines that graduate June 7th. I haven't received anything yet. I thought it was too early to receive their addresses. But does any one know why I haven't received anything? Or should I wait until I receive his first letter?

I need help to cope with this

So yesterday my boyfriend of 4 years left to his marine boot camp. I was so surreal to me because I have never cried and missed so one so much in my life. I had been preparing myself for this day and thought I was ready until I actually dropped him off, then I completely broke down. I had no idea I was going to react like that. He had been wanting to join since High School and I never actually took him seriously because he kept saying it, but never actually did something about it, until last…

Hey, I received a letter from alan today. He said he and rodriques was very tight. The rest of the letter was just talking about how he thought about all the family times he misses. That's all, he didn't even sign the letter. Its made me very depressed! Has Rodriques said how He thinks Alan is doing in any of his letters? Does his letters sound like this? Thanks for your help!

Hi Cecilia, I received a letter from alan yesterday. He has been running a fever for the past few days. I know he is keeping it to himself. Has rodriques said if he has seen Alan? I hope Rodriques is doing ok. Lorie

Ok then, there was only one person that left from greensboro with my son. He was so nice. My husband and I went to charlotte and spent the night. Your boyfriend, Rodriques??? As soon as they were through checking in and through with briefings we took them out to eat at a pizzaria near the motel. He seemed so calm and happy and my son was quiet and nervous. I also saw him at the swear in at MEPS. YOUR. Boyfriend still had a smile on his face and I wished him well before he left. Im so glad they were put in the same platoon. Glad to meet you. How has his letters been? I've only received one and it seemed alan was afraid he wouldn't grad. He ask for prayers for strength.

Well I still have yet to receive a letter from him, it's said to take 10 to 14 days until we receive a letter from him. It's only because we called his recruiter that is still working here that we got his address and were able to send him letters. So hopefully you get his address and then soon after receive a letter from him!

I was able to get my boyfriends address today, his recruiter had it so I could send it out. It definitely brightened my day knowing I could Atleast send words of encouragement to him and that I missed him. If you have not got it definitely get a hold of your boyfriends recruiter!
