Hold for Pickup Priority Mail

My son recently arrived at Camp Horno.  I'm sending out Christmas packages from home with priority mail and printed my shipping labels here.  I put his address in that his FRO gave us but put in Camp Horno as his hold for pickup address.  The printed label only has the Horno address with no unit or anything.  Did I mess up?  Should I not have put a hold for pickup address?  I'm afraid they won't reach him now.  Any help would be appreciated!See More

"That's what I thought about the flat rate.  But I was told that to ship overseas and to Japan it was just over $80.  That blew my mind.  I'm going to call another post office and see what they say.  Thank you!"

Package Shipping

Hi all!  I was wondering if there's a cheaper way of sending packages to Iwakuni.  My post office said it would be a little over $80 to ship there, and that's a large flat rate box (which isn't large at all).  My Marine would probably rather I just wire that extra $80 to him but I really want him to have some gifts to open on Christmas and for his birthday.  I'd appreciate any help!  Thanks!See More
