Squad Leader Development Program (SLDP)

SLDP professionalizes the squad leader billet by synchronizing the professional military education and advanced infantry training associated with an Marine Non-Commissioned Officer serving as an infantry squad leader.

Over the next few weeks the MGySgt will be traveling to brief Marines about the program and answer questions.
Your Marines should get with their Operations Chief and Career Planner to find out the time and location.
