where can a marine waiting on his mos school to begin to print or fax documents and have a power of attorney prepared?  thanks so much.

Yes, my son did.  He went to the Jag office and they have forms there already prepared for this.  The form that he sent to me had his initials next to the options he wanted me to have power of attorney over (like renew car tag/registration, being able to claim his stuff if he passed away, etc.) and it was signed and notarized there in duplicate (Jag office kept a copy..).  I keep his car tags renewed in our home state every year with this form.  And when it expires he just sends me another one.  Hope this helps.
