An Outreach Program of MarineParents.com

My son left on Monday for San Diego and most likley arrive late Monday.

It is now Wednesday have not heard from him.  It was my understanding they would make that call sooner than later?  What is the latest they make that call?

"The Call" can come at anytime up to Thursday night/Friday morning. All recruits are give the opportunity to call some choose not to(to emotional). In this age of cell phones some dont know their own home number from memory as it stored on their cell phone. Some miss dial,  that has to be a strange phone call to the person on the wrong end of that call.

Rest in the knowledge that if there were a problem YOU WOULD get a call from the USMC and/or your recruits recruiter. Hence the saying "no news is good news"
