DOD Identifies Marine Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a Marine who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Capt. Joshua C. Pairsh, 29, of Equality, Ill., died Jan. 22 in the United States of a non-combat related illness. He was assigned to 4th Civil Affairs Group, Marine Forces Reserve, based out of Washington, D.C. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that Capt. Joshua C. Pairsh will remain in your hearts forever, and in ours, as a true Hero. With heavy heart, I send my deepest sympathies and my prayers for the family and friends of Joshua.
